1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or booking a scrim on Infinity Scrims, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Entry fees and prize payouts may be subject to additional age or regional restrictions depending on local law.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your gamer ID and squad tag. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Scrim Bookings & Entry Fees
Booking a scrim reserves your slot in a lobby for a specific map, mode and time. Entry fees must be paid at the time of booking and are non-transferable to a different lobby once a match has started.
5. Payment Verification & Escrow
Entry fees are held in escrow until the lobby fills and the match begins. Once results are verified, payouts are released to the winning squad. Infinity Scrims is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
6. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat
All scrim lobbies are monitored with live anti-cheat tracking and replay verification. Use of unauthorized software, exploits, teaming outside the rules, or match-fixing will result in disqualification and may lead to a permanent account suspension.
7. Prize Payouts
Winning squads receive payouts after results are verified, typically within minutes of a match ending. Payouts may be held pending review if a dispute is raised.
8. Disputes
If you believe a result was recorded incorrectly, you may raise a dispute through the Help Center within 24 hours of the match ending. Our support team reviews all disputed results using logged match data before releasing payouts.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized third-party software.
- Harassing or abusing other players, coaches or organizers.
- Attempting to defraud the payment or payout system.
- Sharing account access with unauthorized users.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
11. Limitation of Liability
Infinity Scrims is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, third-party payment delays, or in-game events outside our reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Infinity Scrims operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
