- Match data — lobby results, placement, and anti-cheat telemetry generated while a scrim is live.
- Device and usage data — browser type, IP address, and general usage patterns used to keep the platform secure and improve performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process entry fees and payouts, match you into fair lobbies, run anti-cheat verification, resolve disputes, and communicate updates such as scrim schedules and prize drops.
4. Payment & Escrow Data
Entry fees are held in escrow until a scrim lobby fills and the match starts. Transaction records are retained for as long as required to resolve disputes and meet financial record-keeping obligations.
5. Anti-Cheat & Match Data
Live anti-cheat tracking and replay verification data collected during a scrim is used solely to confirm fair play and resolve disputes. This data is retained for a limited period after each match and is not sold or shared with advertisers.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with payment processors, anti-cheat verification partners, and organizers of custom lobbies you choose to join, strictly to operate the platform.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and match data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and dispute-resolution requirements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain uses of it. Contact our support team through the Help Center to make a request.
